Terms of Service and Acceptable Use

These terms apply when you use smsping.net, including the website, the Telegram bot and Mini App, and the API. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

SMSPing provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. You choose a service and a country, buy an available number, and the SMS it receives is shown in your order.

SMSPing only receives SMS. It does not send SMS and does not provide voice calls. Services, countries, stock and prices change over time; the current platform listing is what applies to an order.

2. Your account

You can sign up with an email code, Google or Telegram. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account and for any API keys you create in account settings.

3. Acceptable use

Use SMSPing only for accounts and services you are entitled to use. You must not use SMSPing for:

  • any illegal activity;
  • fraud, scams, phishing or impersonation;
  • spam or bulk unsolicited messaging;
  • harassment, threats or abuse of any person;
  • unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
  • abusing or circumventing another service's terms, limits, bans or verification rules.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and refuse orders linked to them.

4. Numbers are one-time

Numbers are temporary and meant for one-time code reception. Do not use them for long-term account recovery: once an order ends you may not be able to receive SMS on that number again.

We do not guarantee that every SMS or verification code will arrive. Whether a code is delivered depends on the target service and the number provider. Before buying, check that the target service accepts the number type you choose.

5. Cancellations and balance returns

While an order is waiting for an SMS you can cancel it. If an order is canceled or times out with no SMS, the charge is returned to your SMSPing balance, once per order; the balance is not withdrawable.

Orders that have already received an SMS or have been completed can't be canceled, and their charge is not returned to your balance.

6. Payments and top-ups

Purchases are paid from your USD account balance. You add balance with crypto top-ups: USDT is recommended (TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20), and TRX, ETH and BNB are also accepted. The minimum top-up is $10. Which channels are open at a given time is shown in the top-up center.

Pay the exact amount, on the network and in the coin shown on your top-up order. TRX, ETH and BNB orders lock the exchange rate when the order is created. Balance is credited after on-chain confirmation. Payments on the wrong network, with a different amount, duplicate or expired payments may not be credited automatically; keep the transaction hash and contact support so the payment can be checked. Unverified payments are not added to your balance.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove services, countries, prices and features. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
