Instagram verification code not received?
First check that the number and country code you entered in Instagram are correct, and that you actually requested the code in Instagram. If nothing arrives before the order expires, cancel it or let it time out; once the balance is refunded, try another country or carrier. If Instagram shows an error message, follow what it says. Can I use the number for Instagram two-factor authentication or account recovery?
No. The number only receives SMS while your order is active, so don't set it as your two-factor number or rely on it for future logins or account recovery. Instagram's guide to SMS two-factor authentication explains that, once SMS codes are on, a new code is texted to your confirmed number each time someone logs in from a device Instagram doesn't recognize, so that number needs to stay in your hands.
