Receiving SMS verification codes and troubleshooting missing codes
Verification involves the target app sending an SMS, the order receiving it, and the app validating the code. Delays or rejection can occur at any stage. Check your existing order and the app's prompts before deciding to wait, cancel, or contact support. Avoid purchasing again while the original result is uncertain.
Check the number and selected service
Copy the complete number from the order and check the country or dialing code selected in the target app, avoiding a duplicated country code. Confirm that the order's service matches the app and that the app has accepted the number and initiated an SMS request. Waiting longer may not resolve a rejection based on number type.
Distinguish order expiry from code expiry
The order details show its status and expiry, while the target app determines the code's validity. Enter an arriving code according to the app's instructions. The received status means the order has received an SMS; it does not ensure that the app will accept the code. Follow up on the existing order if its status indicates review.
Use the order status to handle missing messages
You may request cancellation while an order is waiting for SMS. The charge returns to the account balance only after confirmed cancellation or timeout with no SMS received, once per order. An order that has received SMS cannot be canceled for a refund. If the status remains unclear, send support your order ID and error details, keeping passwords and full API keys out of the ticket.
