Grab OTP: Receive Your Grab Verification Code with a Virtual Number

How to receive a Grab OTP

1. Sign in to SMSPing and search for the service "Grabtaxi".
2. Choose the country you'll use Grab in, then look at each carrier's price and stock.
3. Pick a carrier with stock, confirm the price and place the order to get your number.
4. Enter the number in the Grab app where it asks for your phone number and request the SMS code.
5. Go back to your SMSPing order page, wait for the SMS (if it arrives), then copy the code into Grab.

Each number is ordered for the selected service only, so don't use a Grab order as a general-purpose number for other apps.

Pick the country you'll use Grab in

Choose the number's country to match the country where you'll use Grab, and select that same country code in the Grab app. The table below shows which countries have Grab numbers in stock right now. If the country you need isn't listed, it has no stock at the moment; check again later.

Countries and prices for Grab numbers

Snapshot as of 2026-11-05 09:57 UTC from SMSPing's Grabtaxi retail price snapshot (Grabtaxi is not yet on the public price list; prices are SMSPing retail quotes with the standard markup, rounded up to the cent). Prices are confirmed when you order. The table lists only countries where at least one carrier has stock; the price shown is the lowest price among carriers with stock, in USD.

Prices can change after you look at them and are re-checked when you order. If the price has changed, refresh and confirm the new quote.

Before you use a virtual number for Grab

• Grab's rules come first. When Grab asks for a phone number and which numbers it accepts are set by Grab. This page doesn't judge Grab's verification process.
• Numbers are temporary. A number only receives SMS while the order is active. A Grab account can hold ride and food history, GrabPay balances and saved payment methods, so a temporary number isn't a good choice as the long-term phone number for logging in or recovering that account.
• No SMS? The charge goes back to your balance. While waiting you can request a cancellation. If an order is canceled or times out with no SMS, the charge is returned to your SMSPing balance, once per order; the balance is not withdrawable. Orders that already received an SMS can't be canceled. See pricing and balance rules.
• Payment. Top up your account with USDT (TRC20/ERC20/BEP20, recommended); TRX, ETH and BNB are also accepted. Minimum top-up $10.

Grab OTP not received?

First check that the number and country code you entered in Grab are correct, and that you actually requested the code in the app. If nothing arrives before the order expires, cancel it or let it time out; once the charge is back in your balance, try another carrier in the same country if one has stock, or try again later. If Grab shows an error message, follow what it says. More troubleshooting steps are in what to do if your verification code doesn't arrive.
