How to get a Vietnamese number

Writing a +84 number correctly

Vietnamese mobile numbers are usually written locally with a leading 0, for example 09x xxx xxxx. In international format that 0 is dropped and the country code goes in front, so the number becomes +84 9x xxx xxxx.

• If the app already shows +84 or "Vietnam", type only the digits after the country code. Don't add 0 or 84 again.
• If the field wants the full international number, use +84 followed by the digits without the leading 0.
• Copy the number from your order exactly rather than retyping it.

Before you buy: check the target app

• Is SMS offered? Some apps, Zalo included, may offer a code by call or in-app message instead of SMS. A number on SMSPing receives SMS, so choose the SMS option when the app offers one. SMSPing orders show SMS messages only.
• Does the app accept virtual or temporary numbers? Some apps refuse them, or limit how many accounts one number can verify. An app rejecting the number is separate from SMS delivery.
• Long-term accounts: a one-verification number won't receive future login or reset codes. Set up a recovery email or an authenticator app straight after registering.
