What a temporary Malaysian number is for
A temporary number lets you receive the SMS code an app sends during sign-up or a one-time check, without using your personal SIM. Common reasons:
- Testing an OTP or sign-up flow with a +60 number.
- Registering for a service that asks for a Malaysian number when you aren't in Malaysia.
- Keeping your personal number out of a one-off registration.
Use numbers only for accounts you are allowed to create, and follow the target app's terms and local law.

How it works: country → service → wait → refund if no SMS
- Top up. Create an account and top up with USDT, minimum $10.
- Choose Malaysia. Search the country list for "Malaysia" or "+60".
- Choose the exact service. Each number is for one verification on the service you select. A WhatsApp order won't work for Telegram, and vice versa.
- Pick an operator. Compare price and stock. Some operators also show a supplier delivery-rate figure, which is a reference value and not a promise.
- Buy and copy the number. Price and stock are rechecked at purchase. If they changed, you'll see the new quote first.
- Wait for the code in My Orders. The SMS appears only in your order. Enter it in the app, then mark the order finished.
- No SMS? While the order is waiting you can request cancellation. If an order is canceled or times out with no SMS, the charge is returned to your SMSPing balance, once per order; the balance is not withdrawable. Orders that received an SMS or were finished can't be refunded.
Refund details are in the pricing and refunds guide.
Entering a +60 number correctly
Malaysian mobile numbers are written locally with a leading 0, as in 01x-xxx xxxx. Internationally, drop the 0 and add +60, so the number becomes +60 1x-xxx xxxx.
- If the app's country picker already shows Malaysia (+60), type only the digits after +60, starting with 1.
- Don't add "0" or "60" a second time.
- Malaysian mobile numbers aren't all the same length, so copy the number from your order instead of retyping it.
WhatsApp and other apps may reject temporary numbers
"Temporary phone number Malaysia for WhatsApp" is one of the most common searches, so be clear about it before you buy:
- WhatsApp's own help page says you can only register a number you own that can receive calls and SMS. It also says VoIP numbers are not supported. See How to register your phone number (WhatsApp Help Center).
- Having stock on SMSPing doesn't mean WhatsApp or any other app will accept the number. If the app rejects the number before sending an SMS, that is the app's decision and is separate from SMS delivery.
- A temporary number is gone after the order. If the app later asks you to verify again, you won't be able to receive that code. Don't use a temporary number for an account you need to keep or recover.
- Request the code by SMS. SMSPing orders show SMS messages only.
Delivery-rate figures are for reference only; delivery is not guaranteed. For WhatsApp-specific steps, see the WhatsApp SMS verification guide.
Top up with USDT, minimum $10
- Balances and prices are in US dollars, not ringgit.
- Top up with USDT, minimum $10. At the time of writing, the recharge centre listed USDT on TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20. TRX, ETH and BNB are also accepted.
- Each recharge order shows one network and an exact amount with six decimals. Send that exact amount on that network. Your balance is credited after the blockchain confirms the transfer.
- If you sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network, keep the transaction hash and open a support ticket with the recharge ID.
- No subscriptions, referral programme or rebates.

Is the Malaysian number private?
Yes. SMS sent to a number you bought appears only in that order in your SMSPing account. There is no public inbox.
How long can I wait for the code?
Each order shows its own waiting time in the order details. If no SMS arrives, request cancellation while the order is waiting or let it time out. If an order is canceled or times out with no SMS, the charge is returned to your SMSPing balance, once per order; the balance is not withdrawable.
Can I reuse the same +60 number later?
No. Each number is for one verification on the service you selected. Set up a recovery email or authenticator app straight after you register.
Can I use a temporary Malaysian number for WhatsApp?
